One of the main problems of using a light source is that it will get dimmer with age. Therefore the main purpose of creating an optical feedback is to force the light source to produce a constant light intensity with time. Using microLED as light source model and photons counting technique, optical pulses detected by SPAD will provide the feedback for the system.
